A part of Manav Seva Foundation, The Swavlambi Project is born out of a vision to create a community of self-reliant, self-employed women who can live with dignity and security. With trained intervention, we support the women of local communities in Vadodara, India, by imparting them with vocational skills like embroidery, stitching and more. As the world turns conscious towards fair trade and sustainable fashion and lifestyle products, we aim to create a self sustaining system that is profitable to these women and provides an impetus to their social and economic status. Along with this, we also provide soft skills training like English speaking, health and hygiene guidance and financial management knowledge to women.
